Do you hold stress in these areas? This workshop is for you! Explore some myofascial release techniques that you can do at home to keep tight, sore, or painful soft tissues at bay. Tension is usually our body's way of protecting, so we'll also go deeper and touch on some postural exercises to build strength in the muscles that are designed to keep you upright properly. Another piece of the puzzle is typically stress, so we'll interweave our practice with stress management tools such as meditation, contraction/ relaxation, and breath work that can help reduce muscle tension at its root!
