Conventional treatments for depression are helpful, and obviously recommended, however, if you are looking for something supplemental for your care, yoga and the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine have a lot to offer.
Join me to learn about how these ancient wisdom traditions shed a light on how you might work within your body as well as the neuroplasticity of your brain in order to shift patterns of thought & behavior. Class format will include discussion, journaling, breath work, movement, and rest to nourish depletion as well as shed excess.
