what’s keeping you stuck?
My mission is to connect you to your best self.
we already know that MOVEMENT heals. but, many of us face issues that block us from moving like body CONSCIOUSNESS, chronic pain or illness, depression, anxiety, fear of movement or injury, energy deficiency, overly busy lifestyles, and past or present trauma. my own story echos many of these, and it is my passion to help reconnect others with their heart and health by assisting to lift these burdens.
Certifications: I am a certified life coach & ryt- 500 Yoga therapy specialist, certified in trauma informed yoga, yoga for mental health support, myofascial release, and many more. I use principles from traditional chinese medicine as well as orthopedic testing to get to the heart of what’s keeping you stuck.
